1. وضع الجبن على الخبز (يفضل استخدام الاصابع لاضافة النكهة)




2. تفتيت البطاطس جيدا

3. وضع البطاطس عالخبز بطريقة متساوية

4. وضع الفلفل (دغوس) على الحشو حسب الرغبة

5. لف الخبز جيدا مع الحذر من خروجه من الاطراف

6. تغليف الفطيرة في كيس البطاطس (لحفظ النكهة)

7. ثم نضع الفطيرة فالفرن لمدة 5 دقائق (حرارة متوسطة)
